Track and Field skills improve the athlete's overall body conditioning
as well as increase his or her level of physical fitness, which is
essential for a variety of activities.
Athletes of all ability levels can participate successfully. They can
choose from a wide variety of events:
Race Walking
Sprinting
Distance Running
Relays (traditional or unified)
Shot Put
Standing and Running Long Jump
Turbo Javelin
Wheelchair Racing
Pentathlon (100m Run, 400m Run, Running Long Jump, High
Jump and Shot Put).
Each athlete is allowed to compete in three events: two Track
Events and one Field Event.
